How do I confirm my booking?

Fill in the form above and submit. You'll be redirected to WhatsApp with your details pre-filled. We'll confirm availability and send payment instructions — usually within a few hours.

What is the check-in and check-out time?

Standard check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged subject to availability — just let us know in your special requests.

Is a deposit required to secure my booking?

Yes, a 50% deposit is required to secure your dates. The remaining balance is settled on or before check-in. We accept M-Pesa, bank transfer, and major cards.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations made more than 7 days before check-in receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable, but we're happy to help reschedule where possible.

Are pets allowed?

We are a pet-free property to ensure the comfort of all guests and to maintain the condition of the apartment.

Is the apartment suitable for children?

Yes — the apartment is family-friendly and comfortable for guests of all ages. Please note that the beach is directly accessible, so adult supervision of children near the water is advised.
