Important information to ensure the smoothest possible experience for your stay
Check-in from 3:00 PM. Check-out by 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out available on request, subject to availability.
Free cancellation up to 72 hours before arrival. Cancellations within 72 hours incur one night's charge. No-shows are charged in full.
Children of all ages are warmly welcome. Children under 12 stay free when sharing a room with parents. Baby cots available on request.
Samri Apartments is a non-smoking property. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available. A cleaning fee applies for violations.
All major credit cards accepted. A security deposit of KSh 500 per room is required at check-in and refunded upon departure.
Well-behaved pets (up to 10 kg) are welcome in selected Garden Terrace rooms. A pet fee of KSh 50/night applies. Please notify us in advance.
